Age: 21 to 65 years old
For Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents: Minimum income of S$30,000 p.a. OR S$15,000 p.a. (age 55 & above)
For Foreigners: Minimum income of S$60,000 p.a.
Fees & Charges
Principal Card: S$180^ annual fee (first year FREE);
Supplementary Card: S$90^ annual fee (first year FREE)
Minimum Spending Required to Receive Subsequent Automatic Annual Fee Waiver*: S$15,000 in a year

Yes, transactions such as instalment transactions, insurance payments and mobile wallet top ups will not be eligible for cashback. Please refer to the T&Cs governing COURTS DCS Mastercard for the full exclusion listing.
Yes, cashback earned will be credited automatically in your card account and will be reflected in your subsequent Statement of Account (SOA).
There will not be any physical ATM PIN mailer issued for the COURTS DCS Mastercard . You may set your ATM PIN for your Card via the DCS Cards App.
Before making payment at COURTS, provide your Homeclub ID and pay using COURTS DCS Mastercard. COURTS will award the Homeclub points accordingly to the Homeclub ID provided during payment based on Homeclub T&C. For COURTS Online Transactions, select COURTS DCS Mastercard as payment method. COURTS will award the Homeclub points accordingly to the Homeclub ID used to login to Courts Online; Homeclub T&C applies.
