By selecting the Investment Credits (the "Reward") as my choice of reward, I acknowledge and agree that for the purpose of receiving the Reward, I shall maintain an existing account, or to open a new account with iFAST Financial Pte Ltd ("iFAST") (if I do not already have an existing account with iFAST) before the Reward by DCS Card Centre Pte Ltd ("DCS") can be facilitated and credited into my account with iFAST (the "Account").
I undertake that the use of the Account is governed by and subject to the relevant terms and conditions issued by iFAST, and I undertake to exercise prudence when using any features associated with the Account, including (but not limited to) the use of the Reward after it has been credited into the Account.
I acknowledge and agree that DCS is to have no liability with respect to or in connection with my use of the Account, and I further agree to indemnify and hold DCS, its directors, officers, agents and/or affiliates from and against any loss, damage, cost, charge or expense which DCS may incur or suffer in relation to the use of the Account and/or the use of the Reward.
I further acknowledge and agree that iFAST shall not be liable with my use of the Reward and I shall indemnify and hold iFAST harmless for any loss, damage, cost, charge or expense which iFAST may incur or suffer by reason of or in connection with my use of the Reward.
