DCS VICOM Regular Credit Card
Eligibility
Age: 21 to 65 years old
For Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents: Minimum income of S$30,000 p.a. OR S$15,000 p.a. (age 55 & above)
For Foreigners: Minimum income of S$60,000 p.a.
Fees & Charges
Basic Card: S$180^ (first year FREE);
Supplementary Card: S$80^ (first year FREE)
Minimum Spending Required to Receive Subsequent Automatic Annual Fee Waiver*: S$6,000 in a year
DCS VICOM $500 Limit Card
Eligibility
Age: 18 to 65 years old. For applicants age below 21, Parent’s / Guardian’s consent is required
For Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents: Minimum income of S$16,000 p.a. (except students and NSFs)
Fees & Charges
Principal Card: S$28^ annual fee (first year FREE)
Credit Limit: S$500 (fixed)
Minimum Spending Required to Receive Subsequent Automatic Annual Fee Waiver*: S$2,000 in a year
^ Fees will be subject to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST)
*For cardmembers who are eligible for automatic annual fee waiver, your card annual fee will be imposed and the fee waiver will only be reflected in the next statement of account.
FAQs
Esso Fleet Card (EFC)
You should receive your EFC within 14 working days after you have successfully activated your DCS VICOM Credit Card. Esso will also mail you a separate EFC Personal Identification Number (PIN) within 7 working days after you have received your EFC.
Your EFC can be used for fuel purchases only (petrol and diesel) at any Esso Station in Singapore. Please charge other purchases at the station to your DCS VICOM Credit Card.
At the Pump, simply insert the EFC into the card reader, key-in your EFC PIN, fill-up your fuel tank and press for a fuel receipt. At the Counter, present your EFC, key-in your EFC PIN and obtain a fuel receipt.
All transactions with your EFC will be autobilled and posted to your DCS VICOM Credit Card Account. Please make payment directly to DCS Card Centre Pte. Ltd. (“DCS”) upon receipt of your DCS Statement of Account.

The 18%+2% Rebate will be reflected in your next month's DCS Statement of Account. The $10 Bonus Rebate, if qualified, will be credited to your Statement of Account in the following month; for example: for eligible transactions in January, the $10 Rebate will be credited in March.
One EFC will be issued to each Basic and Supplementary Cardmember.
For both types of card, please call DCS at Tel: 6571 0128 to report and get a replacement card. While your DCS VICOM Credit Card is being replaced, you can still continue to use your EFC if you still have it.
Yes, you can change it to your preferred number at the Esso Station in-store Cashier Counter.
When your DCS VICOM Credit Card is closed, your EFC will also be closed. You may choose to close your EFC even if you retain your DCS VICOM Credit Card.
